Hi today i hav basket ball traning at 8... so early wth nvm i woke up at 5.30 as my alam rings watever than meet my fren at 6.30 but let them wait me for 30min so sry.. reach school hav to take table and banch... so heavy than we go do warm up 10 rounds wth early morning hav to run so much than after warm up than run again than do lay ups than play match YAY! but i was out the awhile.. lol than traning ends whe to eat and when home and using of come up till now... so tired watever tmr will be better!=)
